Job Summary
Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm via phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions, adapting styles to solve problems and resolve conflicts. Manage customer flow using all systems to deliver a five-star experience while maintaining operational checklists and meeting both emotional and practical needs. Execute alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing, and spot cleaning of garments to company standards, ensuring quality control by inspecting every item before delivery. Assist stylists in closing sales by consulting on gown fit and customization, while promoting all alteration services and personalization options. Maintain inventory management by processing special orders and ensuring merchandise meets first-quality standards. Keep the alterations room consistently clean and organized, resolving customer service issues swiftly in compliance with guidelines. Support cash wrap behaviors and process transactions with accuracy, ensuring alteration pricing aligns with company standards. Build long-term relationships to exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience
- Prior experience in a bridal and/or special occasion production environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
