Job Summary
Greet customers enthusiastically over the phone, virtual chats, and in person, adapting style solutions to meet their emotional and practical needs while resolving conflicts with confidence. Manage customer flow and maintain five-star service levels by preparing for appointments, escorting clients to and from alterations, and ensuring pristine garment quality through inspections of steamed, pressed, and sewn items. Collaborate with stylists to close sales by consulting on gown fit and customization, while accurately processing transactions, managing inventory pickups, and ensuring alteration pricing meets company standards. Keep the alterations room clean and organized, resolving service issues swiftly in compliance with guidelines. Maintain high standards of dress and POS usage, supporting store achievement of customer satisfaction and loyalty goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience required
- Prior experience in a bridal and/or special occasion production environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus
