Job Summary
Alterations Specialists are responsible for completing all fittings and alterations to high standards, providing friendly, knowledgeable service, and supporting store operations. Duties include assisting customers via in-person, phone, or virtual channels; showcasing alteration services; advising on gown fit and customization; maintaining quality control of altered garments; processing special orders and ensuring merchandise meets company standards; and collaborating with stylists and leadership to resolve issues and contribute to a five-star customer experience. Prior sewing experience is required, with bridal/special occasion production experience preferred, and high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience, preferably in bridal and/or special occasion production
