Alterations Room Receptionist role for David’s Bridal Alterations department. Responsible for welcoming customers, managing alterations appointments, pressing garments, assisting with alterations-related services, promoting alterations and personalization options, ensuring a five-star customer experience, handling POS transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized alterations area while supporting inventory and store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
