Job Summary
Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) in David’s Bridal Alterations department is responsible for welcoming customers, taking appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup. Role involves managing customer flow, promoting alterations services, maintaining store standards, and assisting with inventory and POS transactions to deliver a five-star customer experience. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment; prior sewing experience and POS familiarity are helpful. Part-time position with opportunities to support customers and collaborate with the Alterations Manager.
Required Qualifications
