Alterations Manager

Lead and oversee the Alterations department for a luxury retailer network, organizing processes, driving outcomes, and fostering an exceptional customer experience. Manage and develop Alterations Associates, deliver ongoing education and performance feedback, recruit and train staff, and ensure adherence to policy and procedures. Collaborate with selling organization and leadership to maintain high standards of service, flexibility for evening/weekend/holiday hours, and utilize technology (Word/Excel) to drive quality, productivity, and tailored alterations for luxury merchandise.
