ALTERATIONS DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Motivate associates to deliver outstanding garments and customer service while executing all duties of an alterations associate to ensure accurate, timely completion. Train, coach, and lead by example to develop staff skills that meet department goals, then assess performance and provide feedback to improve service quality. Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and address department needs. Candidates must be professionally competent in all basic and most advanced alterations.
