ALTERATIONS DEPARTMENT MANAGER - NORTH POINT MALL

As Alterations Department Manager at Von Maur’s North Point Mall, you lead a team to provide alterations support and ensure customers receive a final garment that is customized to fit just right. You will use your extensive knowledge to efficiently manage the operations of the alterations department, motivate associates to deliver outstanding garments and customer service, train, coach and lead by example, execute duties of an alterations associate, develop associates’ skills to meet department goals, assess performance and provide feedback to improve service quality, and develop/implement solutions to solve customer problems and department needs.
