Alterations CSR role in David's Bridal alterations department: welcome and service customers over phone, chat, and in person; manage customer flow to deliver five-star service; schedule appointments, press garments, inspect and press items for pickup, and advise on alterations and personalization options; operate POS and process transactions accurately; support inventory and store standards; build customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
