Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) at David’s Bridal. Responsibilities include welcoming customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person; managing customer flow; scheduling appointments; pressing garments and ensuring items are ready for pickups; promoting alterations services and customization options; handling transactions with POS; supporting store operations and inventory; and delivering a five-star customer experience while maintaining store standards and resolving customer concerns in partnership with leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
