Job Summary
Alterations CSR provides A+ customer experience in the Alterations department, welcoming and servicing customers, scheduling appointments, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup. Responsibilities include resolving customer needs over phone, virtual chats, and in person; managing customer flow with systems to deliver five-star service; promoting alterations services and personalization options; maintaining store standards and assisting with inventory and POS transactions. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment, and prior POS system experience; sewing experience is helpful. Part-time role with team bonuses, discounts, and benefits; hours include minimal weekday hours and weekend coverage. Required Qualifications
