Job Summary
Welcome customers, manage appointment flow, and resolve conflicts with genuine enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person. Press, steam, and spot clean merchandise while inspecting garments for quality control before delivery. Greet and escort alterations clients, process transactions accurately, and maintain store standards including a clean alterations room. Support inventory management by handling special orders and pickups, and escalate unresolved issues to the Alterations Manager. Perform duties as assigned by store management while adhering to dress code and physical demands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
