Job Summary
Welcome all customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person with genuine enthusiasm, adapting style solutions to meet their needs. Manage customer flow, make appointments, escort guests to alterations, and press, steam, and spot clean merchandise while verifying garment quality before delivery. Resolve conflicts proactively, promote alterations services and personalization options, and maintain store standards for promotional readiness and inventory accuracy. Process special orders, transactions, and first-quality checks to ensure flawless experiences. Support the Alterations Manager on escalated issues and uphold high dress code and physical demands including lifting up to 10 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
