Alterations Customer Service Representative

Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person, while managing customer flow to deliver a five-star experience. Greet and escort alterations customers to and from appointments, press, steam, and spot clean merchandise, then inspect garments for quality control before final delivery. Resolve conflicts proactively, escalate issues to the Alterations Manager when necessary, and support inventory management by processing special orders and pickups. Maintain store standards for cleanliness, organization, and promotional readiness while adhering to dress code policies. This role contributes to the store's achievement of Five-Star Customer Service and supports the Alterations department's operation. Minimum hiring rate is $7.25 hourly with a maximum of $15.
