Job Summary
Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions while managing appointment schedules and resolving conflicts. Press, steam, and spot clean garments, then inspect altered items for quality control before delivery. Escort clients to and from alterations, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean, organized alterations room. Support inventory management by handling special orders and pickups while adhering to store standards and dress code policies. Escalate unresolved issues to the Alterations Manager as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
