Job Summary
Alterations Customer Service Representative at David’s Bridal responsible for delivering an A+ customer experience in the Alterations department. Responsibilities include welcoming and servicing customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person; managing customer flow to deliver five-star service; scheduling and assisting with alterations appointments; pressing garments and ensuring items are ready for pickup; promoting alterations services and personalization options; maintaining store standards and assisting with inventory and POS transactions; resolving customer issues in partnership with leadership; and building relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of retail experience; prior sewing and POS experience are helpful; part-time scheduling is noted.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
