Job Summary
Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions while managing appointment schedules and resolving conflicts. Greet, escort, and press garments for alterations, then steam, spot clean, and inspect merchandise against quality control guidelines before delivery. Support inventory by processing special orders and pickups, and maintain store standards including cleanliness, organization, and promotional readiness. Perform duties as assigned by store management while adhering to dress code policies and POS transaction procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
