Job Summary
Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides an A+ customer experience in the Alterations department, welcoming and servicing customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats; promote alterations services and personalization options; manage appointments; press, steam, and inspect garments; assist with inventory and POS transactions; partner with Alterations Manager to resolve customer issues and ensure a flawless shopping experience. The role emphasizes excellent phone skills, problem solving, five-star service, adapting communication to customers, and maintaining store standards and dress-code compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
