Job Summary
Welcome customers over the phone, virtual chats, and in person with genuine enthusiasm, then manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience. Greet and escort alterations clients to and from appointments, while pressing, steaming, and spot-cleaning merchandise. Resolve conflicts, promote personalization options, and maintain store standards including cleanliness, organization, and promotional readiness. Process special orders, pick-ups, and POS transactions with accuracy, inspecting all garments for quality control before delivery. Escalate unresolved issues to the Alterations Manager and perform assigned duties to support inventory management and store recovery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
