Job Summary
Alterations CSR at David’s Bridal provides an A+ customer experience within the Alterations department, handling welcome/engagement with customers, appointment scheduling, garment pressing/steaming, and ensuring items are ready for pickup. Responsibilities include assisting customers over phone, virtual chats, and in person; managing customer flow with systems to deliver five‐star service; promoting alterations services; maintaining store standards; supporting inventory and cash-wrap processes; and collaborating with leadership to resolve issues—all while adhering to David’s Bridal service standards. Education required is a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years of retail experience preferred; prior sewing experience is helpful. This is a part‐time role with hourly pay.
