Job Summary
Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions while managing appointment schedules and resolving conflicts. Press, steam, and spot clean garments, then inspect alterations for quality control before delivery. Escort clients to and from fittings, process special orders and pickups, and maintain a clean, organized alterations room. Support inventory management and cash wrap transactions to ensure accurate service delivery. Adhere to store standards, dress code policies, and operational checklists to uphold five-star customer service experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
