Alterations Customer Service Representative

The Alterations CSR supports the Alterations department by delivering a welcoming, five-star customer service experience, scheduling and preparing garments, pressing/steaming, managing alterations tasks, promoting alterations services and personalization options, and ensuring accurate checkout and inventory processes within a retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers (in person, phone, or virtual chats), solving customer needs, guiding customers through alterations, maintaining store standards, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring timely delivery of altered items. Key skills include excellent phone and interpersonal communication, problem solving, proficiency with POS systems, attention to quality control, and the ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously while upholding David’s Bridal service promises.
