Job Summary
Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions while greeting, escorting them to appointments, and resolving conflicts with confidence. Manage customer flow and use all systems to deliver a five-star experience by preparing garments, pressing, steaming, spot cleaning, and inspecting items for pristine condition before delivery. Process special orders, pickups, and POS transactions accurately to support inventory management and store recovery standards. Proactively address concerns, escalate issues to the Alterations Manager when necessary, and maintain a clean, organized alterations room. Uphold high dress code standards and build long-term relationships to exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
