Job Summary
Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person while managing appointment schedules and resolving conflicts. Press, steam, and spot clean garments, then inspect all items for quality control before delivery. Escort clients to and from alterations, process special orders and pickups, and maintain store standards including a clean alterations room. Follow POS transactions accurately and escalate unresolved issues to the Alterations Manager. Maintain high dress code standards and support inventory management to ensure flawless service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
