Job Summary
Welcome and service alterations customers via phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions while managing appointments and resolving conflicts. Press, steam, and spot clean garments, then inspect items for quality control before delivery. Escort clients to and from fitting appointments and maintain a clean, organized alterations room. Process special orders, manage inventory pick-ups, and handle cash wrap transactions with accuracy. Collaborate with the Alterations Manager to escalate unresolved issues and promote personalization options. Perform duties as assigned by store management while adhering to dress code and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
