Job Summary
Provide A+ customer service in the Alterations department by welcoming and servicing customers, scheduling appointments, answering phones and virtual chats, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup. Promote alterations services and personalization options, handle multiple customers with problem solving and clear communication, and collaborate with the Alterations Manager to address issues. Maintain store standards, support inventory and POS transactions with accuracy, and contribute to a flawless shopping experience. This role supports excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty through attentive service and reliable duties in the alterations area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
