Job Summary
Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) at David’s Bridal delivers an A+ customer experience in the Alterations department. Responsibilities include welcoming and servicing customers, scheduling appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickups. Uses systems to manage customer flow to deliver five-star service, promotes alterations services and personalization options, maintains store standards and Dress Code, supports inventory and cash-wrap processes, and collaborates with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues while building long-term customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
