Job Summary
Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person while managing appointments and resolving conflicts. Press, steam, and spot clean garments, then inspect them for quality control before delivery. Escort alterations clients to and from fittings, process special orders and pickups, and maintain a clean, organized alterations room. Support inventory management and cash wrap transactions to ensure accurate service delivery. Adhere to store standards for promotional readiness and dress code compliance. Report to the Store Manager and escalate unresolved issues to the Alterations Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
