Job Summary
Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person with genuine enthusiasm while adapting styles to solve problems and resolve conflicts. Manage customer flow using all systems to deliver a five-star experience, proactively address concerns, and escalate issues to leadership when necessary. Perform alterations tasks including pressing, steaming, spot cleaning, and inspecting garments for quality control before delivery. Escort customers to and from appointments, process special orders and pickups, and maintain a clean, organized alterations room. Support inventory management, cash wrap transactions, and store recovery standards to ensure a flawless shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
