Job Summary
Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person with genuine enthusiasm, then manage appointment scheduling and resolve conflicts. Press, steam, and spot clean garments while inspecting altered items for quality control before delivery. Escort clients to and from alterations, process special orders and pickups, and maintain a clean, organized alterations room. Support inventory management and cash wrap transactions to ensure accurate service delivery. Adhere to store standards for cleanliness, promotional readiness, and dress code compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
