Job Summary
Welcome customers, manage appointment flow, and resolve conflicts via phone, chat, and in-person interactions while adapting style solutions to meet emotional and practical needs. Press, steam, and spot clean garments, perform fittings, and verify quality control before delivery. Escort clients to alterations, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean, organized room. Support inventory management for special orders and pickups, ensuring store standards and dress code compliance. Escalate unresolved issues to the Alterations Manager. This role contributes to achieving Five-Star Customer Service scores and building long-term client loyalty within a company that dominates the wedding dress category.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
