Job Summary
Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) at David’s Bridal delivers A+ customer experience in the Alterations department. Responsibilities include welcoming and servicing customers over phone, virtual chats, and in person; handling appointments; pressing garments; ensuring items are ready for pickups; promoting alterations services and personalization options; managing multiple customers concurrently; resolving customer concerns and escalating when needed; using systems to manage customer flow and maintain Five-Star Service standards; maintaining store standards and assisting with inventory and transactions via POS; and building relationships to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
