Alterations Customer Service Representative

Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person while greeting and escorting them to and from alterations appointments. Manage customer flow, press, steam, and spot clean merchandise, then inspect garments for quality control before delivery. Resolve conflicts, escalate unresolvable issues to the Alterations Manager, and process special orders and pickups to support inventory management. Maintain a clean, organized alterations room and adhere to store standards and dress code policies. Perform duties as assigned by store management.
