Job Summary
Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person while managing customer flow to deliver a five-star experience. Greet and escort alterations customers to and from appointments, then press, steam, and spot clean merchandise, verifying pristine conditions before final delivery. Resolve conflicts, escalate issues to leadership when necessary, and promote alterations services and personalization options. Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and promotional readiness, while processing transactions with accuracy and supporting inventory management for special orders and pickups. Work minimal weekday hours, focusing on weekend shifts, with a starting rate between $7.25 and $15.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
