Job Summary
Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person while managing appointment schedules and resolving conflicts. Press, steam, and spot clean garments, then inspect them for quality control before delivery. Escort alterations clients to and from fittings, process transactions, and support inventory management for special orders. Maintain a clean alterations room and uphold store standards including dress code and promotional readiness. Escalate unresolved issues to the Alterations Manager and partner with leadership to ensure five-star service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
