Alterations Customer Service Representative

Welcome and service alterations customers via phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions while greeting, escorting, and managing appointments. Resolve conflicts, answer phones, and press, steam, and spot clean garments to ensure pristine condition before delivery. Process special orders, support inventory management, and maintain store standards including cleanliness, organization, and promotional readiness. Follow quality control guidelines, uphold dress code policies, and escalate unresolved issues to the Alterations Manager. Perform duties as assigned by store management while maintaining high POS transaction accuracy.
