Job Summary
Welcome customers, manage appointment flow, and resolve conflicts with genuine enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person. Press, steam, and spot clean garments while inspecting altered items for quality control before delivery. Escort clients to and from alterations, process special orders and pick-ups, and maintain a clean, organized alterations room. Support inventory management and cash wrap transactions with accuracy. Address escalated issues by partnering with the Alterations Manager. Maintain store standards, dress code, and promotional readiness to ensure a flawless shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
