Alterations Customer Service Representative

Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person, while managing customer flow to deliver a five-star experience. Resolve conflicts, answer phones, and escort alterations customers to and from appointments. Press, steam, and spot clean merchandise, then inspect garments for quality control before final delivery. Support inventory management by processing special orders and pickups, and maintain store standards including cleanliness, organization, and promotional readiness. Greet and escort all alterations customers to and from alterations for appointments. Perform duties as assigned by store management, including handling POS transactions and maintaining a clean alterations room.
