Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) at David’s Bridal delivers A+ customer experience in the Alterations department by welcoming customers, answering phones and chats, scheduling appointments, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup. The role involves promoting alterations services, assisting multiple customers simultaneously, maintaining store standards, and supporting inventory and POS tasks while collaborating with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues and ensure a celebratory, five-star service experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
