Alterations Customer Service Representative

Alterations Customer Service Representative supports the Alterations department by delivering a five-star customer experience, welcoming customers, scheduling and coordinating alterations, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup. The role involves assisting customers over phone, virtual chats, and in person, solving problems, promoting alterations services and personalization options, maintaining store standards, handling transactions at the POS, and collaborating with the Alterations Manager to address issues. Prior retail experience in apparel or specialty stores and familiarity with POS systems are valued, along with sewing experience, to help perfect dresses for events and support inventory and order fulfillment. The position is part-time and emphasizes customer-focused service, quality control, and teamwork in a retail environment at David’s Bridal.
