Alterations Customer Service Representative

Welcome and service alterations customers via phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions while managing appointments and resolving conflicts. Press, steam, spot clean, and inspect garments to ensure pristine condition before delivery, then escort clients to and from fittings. Maintain a clean, organized alterations room and support inventory management by processing special orders and pickups. Communicate clearly on all systems to optimize customer flow and promote personalization options. Greet and escort all alterations customers to and from alterations for appointments. Perform duties as assigned by store management.
