Job Summary
Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions while managing appointment schedules and resolving conflicts. Press, steam, and spot clean garments, then perform quality control inspections to ensure pristine condition before delivery. Escort alterations clients to and from fittings, process special orders and pickups, and maintain a clean, organized alterations room. Adhere to store standards for promotional readiness and dress code compliance while accurately handling cash wrap transactions. Escalate unresolved issues to the Alterations Manager as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
