Job Summary
Alterations Customer Service Representative handles welcome, appointment scheduling, alterations-related services (pressing/garment care), and pickup readiness to deliver a five-star customer experience. The role involves assisting multiple customers, solving problems, promoting alterations services, managing POS transactions, coordinating with the Alterations Manager as needed, maintaining store standards, and supporting inventory and quality control for altered/steam/pressed garments while upholding dress-code expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
