Welcome and assist Alterations customers, handling tasks such as taking appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickups; drive five-star customer service, promote alterations services and personalization options, manage customer flow using systems, and maintain store standards within the Alterations department.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
