Job Summary
Alterations Customer Service Representative at David’s Bridal provides an A+ customer experience in the Alterations department, welcoming and servicing customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats; manages appointments and flow; presses garments and ensures items are ready for pickups; promotes alterations services and personalization options; maintains store standards and supports inventory and POS processes to ensure a seamless, five-star shopping experience for multiple customers at once.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
