Alterations Customer Service Representative

The Alterations Customer Service Representative provides an A+ customer experience in the Alterations department, welcoming and servicing customers in person, over the phone or virtually, helping with appointments, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup. Responsibilities include managing customer flow with the POS system, promoting alterations services and personalization options, maintaining store standards and accurate checkout transactions, and collaborating with the Alterations Manager to resolve customer issues. Requires strong communication and problem-solving to meet customer needs and uphold Five-Star Customer Service. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment; prior sewing experience is helpful. Pay is hourly with benefits and bonuses; location is Brookfield, WI, US (in-person).
