Job Summary
Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person with genuine enthusiasm, managing customer flow to deliver a five-star experience. Greet and escort alterations clients to appointments while pressing, steaming, and spot-cleaning merchandise. Resolve conflicts proactively, escalate issues to leadership when necessary, and ensure garments meet quality control standards before delivery. Maintain store standards for cleanliness, organization, and promotional readiness, and process transactions accurately at the POS. Support inventory management by handling special orders and pickups. Perform duties as assigned by store management, including manual dexterity tasks for fittings and extended periods of standing or walking.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
