Job Summary
Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm via phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions, managing appointment schedules and resolving conflicts to deliver a five-star experience. Press, steam, and spot clean garments while inspecting altered items for quality control before delivery. Escort clients to and from alterations, process transactions accurately, and maintain store standards including a clean, organized alterations room. Support inventory management by handling special orders and pickups, and escalate unresolved issues to the Alterations Manager. Perform duties as assigned by store management while adhering to dress code policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
