Job Summary
Welcome and service alterations customers via phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions while managing appointments and resolving conflicts. Press, steam, and spot clean merchandise, then inspect garments for quality control before delivery. Escort clients to and from fittings, process transactions accurately, and support inventory management for special orders and pickups. Maintain a clean alterations room and store standards while adhering to dress code policies. Escalate unresolved issues to the Alterations Manager as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
