Job Summary
Alterations CSR at David’s Bridal provides an A+ customer experience in the Alterations department, welcoming and assisting customers, scheduling appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, ensuring items are ready for pickup, promoting alterations services and personalization, maintaining store standards, and processing transactions with the POS system to support a five-star customer service standard.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
